1.    All Sales Are Final:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on any gemstone purchases. Once a gemstone has been sold, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2.    Inspection and Verification:

• We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and images of our gemstones. Prior to purchase, we encourage customers to thoroughly inspect the gemstone details and ask any questions they may have.
• Natural stones can have cracks and other imperfections. We cannot guarantee perfect shapes, points or clarity as natural stones are rarely perfect.

3.    Shipping and Handling:

• We take utmost care in packaging and handling your gemstones to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged gemstone due to shipping, or did not receive your package, please contact your local postal/courier service. EarthGlo Gems is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages after shipment occurs. We are not responsible for how mailing facilities handle packages.
• We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address (unless it is an error on our end). Please be sure to review your shipping address before checking out.
• International customers are subject to paying additional Customs Fees if applicable.

4.    Cancellation Policy:

• Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
